Scorecard Points: The Bonus Rate is determined through the earnings on Scorecard points. Points are earned by exceeding minimum targets established for each of the categories. Productions beyond the minimum will result in additional points, up to a pre-determined maximum number of points available for each category.

Agents can earn up to 650 scorecard points. The points are available in the following sections:

• Financial Services Results (0-200 points)

• Property & Casualty Results (0-200 points)

• Quality Results (0-100 points)

• Legion of Honor Results (0-150 points)
