Take me out to the ball game; take me out to the crowd

"You gotta be a man to play baseball for a living, but you gotta have a lot of little boy in you, too." This quote by Roy Campanella, a baseball hall of fame inductee, shows that baseball is one of the world's most treasured sports. Baseball today has been called "America's Favorite Pastime". Ever since the early 1800's, a little sport once called townball, has evolved to being one of the most spectacular scenes ever known to man. The best part is, there is all this excitement, and the game hasn't even started yet!

Taking the ticket and entering the gate symbolizes the fact that baseball history is right around the corner. Whenever entering into the "House of Legends", a smile seems to occur on everyone's face. The atmosphere is friendly, and it seems as if no one can have a bad time, unless their team loses, of course! While walking through the lobby, the aroma of food surrounds the nostrils. Grilled onions, pizza, and even more hotdogs are present in the vicinity, making one feel hungry again, even after the fact that they just ate outside. The noise of people yelling "Get your free complimentary gift when you sign up for a Visa today!" entices one to get a credit card. Strolling to the seat assigned
