Medical care is the most important, if not biggest change that America has come across. The past few decades medical care has gone a very long way. It has changed through technology, money, education, illnesses, and cures for illnesses. There have been changes for the better and some for the worse. The way technology has become far more advanced and how medical insurance for American citizens increase every year. People can not always be satisfied, there always has to be a disappointment one way or another.

Medical technology is unbelievable these days. About 20 years ago they had to take about 6 pints of blood from a persons body in order to find out what kind of illness that person had. Now, hospitals can take a hair sample or a prick from a finger that would not even shed a drop a blood, that can determine what you ate for dinner and what your illness is. Our latest ,edical technology and most popular right now is laser hair removal. Where a laser burns ones skin just enough for the hair to never grow back. Medical lasers are also used to change one's vision instead of contacts or glasses.

The downside from all of this, is how much everything is costing. For every inch of hair needed to be removed is 1000 dollars. Medical insurance is increasing because of the number of diseases and contagious illnesses there are. People that struggle on welfare and medical care insurance are not being treated as well as one on other insurance because one who can afford for insurance will get better treatment because the doctor is getting paid more. If one has enough money, doctors can cure cancer. It's very unfortunate for those who can not afford such things as medical insurance. Then when one does have an emergency and does need medical attention, but does not have insurance, one will definitely receive a medical bill in the thousands.
