The issue of controversy discussed on HEALTHRE that I have selected for purposes of this paper was first posted by Paul Hughes-Cromwick on September 6, 2006. Mr. Hughes-Cromwick proposed the followed two questions in regards to Healthcare Reform: Regarding healthcare reform in the U.S, what do you think will transpire in the next, e.g., 5 years? What should transpire?

I believe that this response to the questions posed is also viable as we are seeing a decreasing number of solo doctors
