The final sentence of this incident was that Ayala and her husband Placencia were found guilty. Ayala was sentenced to 9 years in prison while her husband was sentenced to 12 years in prison. While both of them must compensated $170,000 for wage loss of the San Jose Wendy’s workers. They also needed to compensate $21.8 million to the owners of the restaurant.

However, she would not be confident enough to say such things two month ago, when a lady claimed herself finding a human finger in their 99 cent chili bowl in San Jose California. Wendy’s is the total victim in this incident but they still felt sorry about the flying rumors recently and decided to donate half of the next week’s sales revenue to the United Nations Children’s Fund. “Quality is our recipe.
