Quiznos Owners Guide

Plan on opening a Quiznos franchise on veteran's highway by Bonnabel across from Dorgnacs. They have a huge parking lot that I have noticed never gets fully utilized so I was hoping to talk to whoever owned the complex about building a Quiznos in some of that parking lot space. I plan on the store being roughly 1200 square feet. I talked to a Quiznos owner and they said the way it worked was Quiznos comes out and approves where you are building it and gives you a list of contractors that are approved by Quiznos and they come out and give you their estimate and you can choose from those contractors.

Quiznos is a sandwich shop which is known for its fresh foods and great taste. Quiznos has a huge menu of sandwiches with a wide variety of sauces, meats, vegetables, and cheeses. They also have a children's menu so people of all ages will be able to eat there.

While it is being built I will put up a sign in front of the store saying that we are looking for workers so by the time we open up I should have a full staff. Most of the staff I assume will be high school kids and teenagers which will be trained on the job. I will need at least 2 fulltime workers to be managers. I plan on personally opening the store every morning for at least the first few months or until I feel I have someone that I can trust enough to do it. I also plan on being there for the lunch rush Monday-Friday so I can get to know some of the local people and this should insure we get some regular customers.

When we first open up I plan on sending out some coupons in a few Sunday newspapers. We will also have a grand opening that should attract many people. Also I plan on putting up some signs on veterans saying that there is a Quiznos close and giving direction.

We will get bread, meat, and cheese from Northstar Foods twice a week and we will get produce locally from Bubba's Produce also twice a week. I estimate it will cost around 225,000 not including
