Organization Behavior

Banner of Faith Ministry is a culture organization that appeals to me. This organization appeals to me because it is a organization that helps people get delivered and set free from bondage. I can relate to this organization so well because I was once in bondage and needed much deliverance, but once I joined this ministry it showed me how to be free. It also showed me what caused me to be in bondage and how to overcome it. I also learned that in some situations I put myself there, and if I just let go and hold anything that is not positive in my spirit I can be free. The primary seven characteristics of organizational culture that Banner of Faith Ministry embodies are organizational structure, leadership, life stage, belief, strength, and willingness to change. The organization I am apart of have a strong culture because first everyone shares the same values and belief to help us and others cope with the areas we struggle in. So that people may be transformed through us, and passed on from generation to generation in people’s blood line. This culture is spiritual because in order for one to free from impure things, they must first trust, God to do even when it seems like everything around is falling apart. Which means through the good and bad can you still have faith to believe that your current situation is not a permanent one? That where one might be today does not have to be where they will end up tomorrow or their future.

Banner of Faith Ministry is an organization that is based on helping others that cannot help them self. There are many people in this world who are hurt, and rejected and need someone to show them they love them and care. Other are addicted to drugs or alcohol. There are murders, prostitutes, robbers and rapist out there who need help.
