Master Of Busniess Administration

An idea Masters of Business Administration program is one that provides an opportunity for students to learn and to work hard in a setting that will grow qualities essential to success in the business. Given the fact that much of the success, if not all of the success, in modern business directly related to the leadership qualities of those in charge, I feel that I will be a good fit for the program at your institution. My life has been shaped through experiences that have provided and afforded me the opportunity to develop and exercise leadership skills. To me, leadership entails not only leading a group of people, but in that it is essential that a person keeps a clear vision for their own future. In order to be an effective leader in the business world or in life, one must have a clear understanding of their own strengths and weaknesses and must constantly adhere to those. I feel that one of my strengths is something that could certainly be an asset to any academic community and is one of the building blocks of any successful business person. I have the unique ability to relate with many different types of people and from that, possess the ability to motivate people. If one is able to figure out what makes a person tick, then it is very easy to program that person in a manner that creates positive revenue. I feel that I deserve a place in the MBA program at your institution because of the hard work which I have put in over the years and skills I possess which will be an asset to the academic community.
