Leadership

There are three different types of leaders. Some are teachers, which means they are rule breakers and value creators. Some are heroes, which means they are responsible for great causes and noble work. Then some are rulers, which are motivated principally to dominate other and exercise power. If a person is considered a leader they can fall into one or more of the three types of leaders.

For example Adolf Hitler was considered a ruler. He lived from 1889 until he took his own life in 1945. He was the founder and leader of The Nazi Party. He was responsible for death camps and the fate of Jews in Germany. Although he did many disgusting and horrible things, he was said to be very persuasive man and ruler.

Some of Hitler's mental strengths were he was concerned with the future, not a good one at that, he was decisive, adventures, conceptual thinker, and he had focused concentration. Some of his mental weaknesses were he was very inflexible and stubborn, he was said to be very impatient, and had subjective reactions.

Hitler's social strengths were he was indifferent to criticism, he was a very persuasive man, secretive, he was direct and to the point, and was very confident. He had many social weaknesses though. He was always suspicious, conceited, insensitive to criticism, very critical about everything, he was obviously domineering and controlling, he always tented to exaggerate, he was harsh, defiant, sarcastic, inadaptable, evasive, and was self-interested and insincere.

Some of Hitler's motivational strengths were he always sought power, he was competitive, had a sense of urgency, he was energetic, he was task-oriented, self-motivated, he was motivated by change, and was motivated by rewards. Some of his motivations weaknesses were he tended to be restless, very materialistic, and self-serving.
