Kava Paper

The rebuilding of Kava is now on its way and there are many factors that will effect which way we choose to go in the rebuilding of Kava. As we know there are many factors that will affect decision implementation, such as ethics, time, and even communication. These factors must be taken seriously because if not they could really end up hurting your decision implementation. Timing is crucial in everything we do. Kava rebuilding process must be swift, but not rushed. These people have suffered for so long with the terrible tragedies that they have endured; we must be able to meet the needs of the people so that they may start to move on with their lives. As you know we did not have a time table set for the rebuilding of Kava. The stakeholders decided it would be best not to because we did not want to rush this process. However, we did want to see progress, letting them know what we are just as serious about the rebuilding process, as much as the people are.

Also, with there are still other circumstances that are going on out there that we have no control over; such as the terrorism, and the natural disasters. These both have a huge influence on the timing of our mission. So it is more important that we take these circumstances in consideration while rebuilding this small country. The next factor we must take in effect is the communication of the between us the people. This is where we could end up hurting this mission the most. Communication is such a powerful factor that it is essential to the success of any project. The thing about this one that makes it so important is that we are in a different country. Communication also goes beyond just knowing the language. We are a guest to this country. Kava has not had a lot of support in the past and they picked us to rebuild this country. Knowing this it is important while the rebuilding goes on that we always keep communication flowing through all parties, our stakeholders as well as their government officials. The last thing we want is for our communication not to be established between all parties and we end up having miscommunication between us that can affect both time and money. Plus, this would be an embarrassment on us (Mont Granite) as well our shareholders.

The last thing that could affect out decision implementation on Kava is ethics. This could be our downfall if we are not careful. As I stated before Kava is a very private country. They have gone through a lot over the past several years. You can look around and can tell this is a very diverse country, but a country built on morals. The people are very strong willed and very determined about having better living situations for them. Not too many other countries would have looked to outsiders for help, but they did and we must be respectable at all times.

Not only do we have to take in considerations of ethics prom our perspectives, but from the stakeholders perspectives as well. Besides the country itself, the stakeholders are the main driving force behind this project. We are not only working for the Island of Kava, but for our stakeholders as well. We come from a country that has lots of freedom; we do things a lot differently in the United States as to how little freedom they have over here. We have to be careful not to act like we are boasting about how much better we have it over there, because we may disrespect the people. If this happens then the stakeholders may end up losing the job, and lots of money; which could mean our jobs. Also, from a stakeholders perspective we this is a huge chance for growth of our company. If we succeed then many other chances like this will happen and we will be more of an international company than just a company based
