2.0        Introduction

There have been complaints lodged to Eastpac Bank against one of its subsidiary banks - Harris Savings and Loan, stating that Harris Bank was practicing unfair remuneration practices. Harris Bank was accused of discriminatory hiring and compensation policies with respect to women and minorities.

3.0        Methodology

The purpose of this report is to investigate if there is discriminatory hiring in Harris Bank and/or unfair compensation policies with respect to women and minorities in relation to salary of respective employees via multiple regression testing, correlation coefficient, correlation of determination and hypothesis testing.
