For most, but not all, companies can be set up the strategies that managers can take to increase their company's performance and achieve superior performance. Also, thorough the strategies can provide their company with a competitive advantage. For example, Google, Incorporation was established by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in 1996, Google is now the world's most used website with the mission is to organize the world's information and useful website. Google has been used the strategies to achieve superior performance relative to other competitors. In the first part of this essay will analyse Google strategies and its implementation through business- level strategies, competitive strategies and corporate-level strategies. Moreover, in the highly contiguous and globalized business environment, it becomes necessary for the businesses all around the world to continuously look for new ways of satisfying customers' needs and desires. For this reason, a major portion of revenue is being spent by businesses for developing their organizational mechanism. Other part of this essay aims to understand how organization change based on the strategies as well as how Google has developed its business, how it brings uniqueness and innovativeness in its offerings and how the organizational systems are developed.

In order to create and sustain a competitive advantage, a firm or a company needs to identify the set of strategies that strategies can be divided into four main categories including business- level strategies, corporate - level strategies, functional- level strategies and global strategies. Business- level strategies include the business's overall competitive theme, the way it positions itself in the marketplace to achieve a competitive advantage, and the different positioning strategies that can be used in different industry settings, for example, cost leadership or differentiation.
