However, to delegate effectively to franchises you need to plan, organize, lead and control, which all of these things will make it possible to delegate. McDonalds do offer training programs in at least 40 different languages that will allow the corporation to delegate effectively. Even though all of the decision are made at the corporate level and in other countries they do implement the main McDonald's menu, and some management are free to add their own touch to menu items, such as the "Croque McDo" in France, and the "Chicken Maharaja Mac" in India, the franchise businesses do have some say in the operation of the businesses.
