Honesty

People do not want to be in business with a person they cannot trust. I have learned that we all must be honest in matters of business because doing business with honesty is honorable and it is the right thing to do. And above all it will put us a step ahead of the others. This should be the primary focus above the other five because it reflects our character and personality and in business those two things people notice about us first.

Hard work Only by hard work we can truly appreciate what we have and only through this we can see success. To do anything we must work for it and I believe that must come second to honesty because both go hand in hand but hard work is nothing without honesty.

Determination Never give up no matter what because in the end we'll get what we deserve. Determination comes next because we must be willing to stand tall even in difficult times.

Punctuality

Always be on time, it is simply polite. Punctuality is important also and follows in fourth place because we must be effective in the little things as well as the big items in working in the business field. It reflects our ability to always be ready for a deal.

Problem Solving We must be able to think at a moment's notice as well as make good decisions for the good of everyone involved. This is the last item and still very important because we must always be in the proper mindset to do our job.
