Services

Our company offers both in store and in home repairing services for PC and Mac. In store services include operating system recovery, hardware replacement, computer accessories retailing, PC and laptops assembling. In home services include operating system recovering, hardware replacement and networking services. Our on-site service is further divided into normal in home service, and emergency in home service. During the normal in home services from 8AM to 8PM, technician will offer all of the above services at the location of the computer, or transport the computer back to the office if necessary. During the emergency in home service hours from 8PM to 12AM, technicians will only perform on-site operating system recovery and networking services, but not hardware replacement.

Strategy and Implementation

There are three main focuses in our strategy to success: Time, Students, and Advertising. Our first focus, time, refers to the fast and convenient services we provide while maintaining high accuracy. Since we specialize in in-home services, we must arrive at the location of the computer within a reasonable time. Also, our technicians must perform quality on-site repairing services under customers’ observation. These will promote our professional and efficient image.

Our second focus is students. Our primary customers are students. Therefore, we offer affordable prices and perform emergency in-home repairing services that are especially designed for students. Our labor costs of $___ per hour is _____% lower than our competitors. Also, our emergency hours of 8PM to 12AM accommodate college students whom may need operating system recovery while working late at night.
